These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LumiIQ website, application, and services.

By accessing or using LumiIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. About LumiIQ

LumiIQ is operated by Kheffache Studios Ltd, trading as LumiIQ, registered in Ireland.

LumiIQ provides a deterministic SEO analysis tool designed primarily for wedding industry professionals.

2. Definitions

  • “Service” means the LumiIQ website, application, SEO scan, reports, downloads, and related features.

  • “User” / “you” means any individual or entity using the Service.

  • “Scan” means an automated analysis of a website provided by LumiIQ.

  • “Content” means reports, recommendations, scores, files, PDFs, image packs, or outputs generated by the Service.

3. Nature of the Service

LumiIQ provides automated, informational SEO analysis based on technical detection and rule-based systems.

  • The Service is not professional advice.

  • Results are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  • SEO performance, rankings, traffic, and business outcomes are not guaranteed.

  • You acknowledge that search engine behaviour is outside LumiIQ’s control.

4. No Guarantees

LumiIQ makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Search engine rankings

  • Traffic increases

  • Leads, enquiries, or revenue

  • Accuracy or completeness of third-party data sources

All recommendations are provided “as is”.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You have the right to analyse the website you submit

  • All information you provide is accurate

  • You are responsible for any changes made to your website following a scan

  • You will not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service

6. Payments & Access

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

  • All prices are displayed at checkout

  • Payments are non-refundable, once a scan has been initiated

  • Access to results is provided digitally

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service, including:

  • Software

  • Reports

  • Scoring systems

  • Analysis logic

  • Visual presentation

remains the exclusive property of Kheffache Studios Ltd.

You may use reports for your own business but may not resell, redistribute, or publish them commercially without permission.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

LumiIQ relies on third-party services including, but not limited to:

  • Hosting providers

  • Analytics platforms

  • Payment processors

  • External APIs

LumiIQ is not responsible for outages, errors, or data issues caused by third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law:

  • LumiIQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • LumiIQ shall not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

10. Termination

LumiIQ may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are breached

  • The Service is misused

  • Required by law

Termination does not affect clauses intended to survive, including liability and IP provisions.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

LumiIQ may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Irish law.
The Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
